Our Process

STEP

1

Discovery Meeting

A Discovery meeting allows us to get to know more about you, your finances, and the goals for you and your family. The more we know, the better we can strategize.

STEP

2

Strategize

We will customize a financial roadmap based on your goals, philosophy, time horizon, and risk tolerance.

STEP

3

Execute and Monitor

We will execute the final roadmap and continue to meet annually to update the roadmap based on life, market, and financial changes.

First Year Process

First Year Process

  • 30-Minutes, Virtual or In-Person

An initial meeting via phone call, zoom, or in-person (your preference) with one of our associates. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your goals, priorities, and what you're looking for in a financial partner. Based on this discussion, we’ll match you with an advisor whose expertise and approach best fits your specific needs, helping to ensure a personalized and meaningful planning experience.

  •  60-Minutes, Virtual or In-Person

During this meeting the advisor will ask key questions to better understand your financial goals, priorities, and any concerns you may have. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to get to know our team, learn about our firm’s approach, and see how we work with clients.

By the end of this meeting, we will both have a clear sense of whether we are a good fit to move forward together.

  • 60-Minutes, Virtual or In-Person

During this meeting we will begin by gathering key information tailored to your unique circumstances. From there, we will explore educational insights and strategies designed to support your financial goals—always considering your risk tolerance, time horizon, and overall vision.

This thoughtful approach allows us to create a roadmap that reflects your needs and empowers confident decision-making.

  • 60-Minutes, Virtual or In-Person

Depending on the complexity of your situation and the depth of our initial discussions, this may take one to two meetings. During this stage, we will build on insights gathered in the earlier steps to develop a tailored strategy. You will receive specific recommendations designed to support your goals—grounded in your needs, risk tolerance, and time horizon—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

    60-Minutes, Virtual or In-Person

Once we have reviewed your customized strategy, we will implement any updates, changes, or recommendations that align with your vision. Whether the plan supports your family’s future, your business goals, or both, our team will handle the details so you can focus on what matters most—with confidence in the steps you’ve chosen.

    * Financial plan recommendations can be implemented with the advisor of your choosing. Implementation of specific products or services may result in commissions or fees outside of the financial planning fee.
